Winner of Food Network’s America’s “Best Eating Destinations” in 2007, Portland is well-known for great places to dine out.  The Portland Downtown Marriott Waterfront is near many of Portland’s best eateries and bars.  Below are a list of helpful websites to locate some places near the area.

The Marriott is also located in the beautiful Waterfront area of Portland.  The Marriott overlooks the Willamette River and walking distance from Waterfront Park.

Portland also has many concerts and theaters available for those interested.  The Portland Center for Performing Arts hosts many of Portland’s finest music, theatre, dance, lectures, and more.

The Oregon Zoo is also accessible through public transportation.  Open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, the Oregon Zoo costs $10.50 for adults housing about 2,200 specimens of plants and animals.
