As part of its on-going activities to foster research in undergraduate mathematics education and   the dissemination of such research, the Special Interest Group of the Mathematical Association of American on Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education (SIGMAA on RUME) presents its sixteenth Conference on Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education.

The conference is a forum for researchers in collegiate mathematics education to share results of research addressing issues pertinent to the learning and teaching of undergraduate mathematics.  The conference is organized around the following themes: results of current research, contemporary theoretical perspectives and research paradigms, and innovative methodologies and analytic approaches as they pertain to the study of undergraduate mathematics education.  The program will include plenary addresses, contributed paper sessions, and preliminary paper sessions.

The conference will be held at the Denver Marriott City Center Hotel in Denver, Colorado from noon on Thursday, February 21st until 9 PM on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Opening session will be at 12:00-12:30 and parallel sessions will start at 12:40. Please note that there will be no lunch provided on Thursday and coffee break will be at 2:40 on Thursday. **Here is a list of nearby places to get lunch.**
